Engineering Review
Submit Drawing for Review
Best if you are not sure whether the part is suitable for MIM, or you need engineering review before quotation.
Share your drawing, material requirements, annual volume, tolerance needs, or application details. Our engineering team will review your MIM project and respond with technical feedback or a quotation.
Send your drawing, CAD file, material requirement, tolerance target, surface finish, annual volume, and project background. XTMIM will review the information for quotation direction, tooling cost, unit price, production assumptions, and lead time.
Not sure what to prepare? View the RFQ Preparation Guide.
Customer drawings and project details are used only for quotation and engineering communication. NDA discussion is available when required.
This page is for customers who are ready to request price, tooling cost, MOQ, or lead time. If your project is still in another stage, choose the most suitable inquiry path below.
Engineering Review
Best if you are not sure whether the part is suitable for MIM, or you need engineering review before quotation.
RFQ Preparation
Best if you want to know what drawings, CAD files, material details, tolerances, surface finish, and volume information to prepare.
Project Cooperation
Best for long-term supply, multi-part projects, laser marking, custom packaging, assembly, or customer-specific delivery needs.
General Communication
Best for general questions, company communication, or inquiries that do not fit the RFQ form.
To help us review your quotation faster, please provide as much project information as possible. Complete RFQ information helps reduce back-and-forth questions and improves quotation accuracy.
Upload a 2D drawing or 3D CAD file if available. These files help us understand part geometry, dimensions, tolerance requirements, and basic tooling assumptions.
Provide the required material grade or performance target. If the material is not confirmed, share the application, strength, hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, or magnetic property requirements.
Mark critical dimensions, fit surfaces, holes, slots, threads, thin walls, and inspection requirements. Tight tolerances may affect quotation, inspection planning, and secondary machining needs.
Include requirements such as polishing, blasting, passivation, plating, PVD coating, heat treatment, CNC machining, tapping, grinding, deburring, or assembly.
Provide prototype quantity, trial order quantity, estimated annual volume, and expected production batch size. Volume is important for tooling cost, unit price, MOQ, and lead time evaluation.
Share the part application, working environment, current project stage, and whether the project is for prototype, trial production, mass production, supplier transition, or cost reduction.
PDF, STEP, STP, IGS, X_T, SLDPRT, ZIP, and related technical documents are helpful for RFQ review.
If your main question is whether the part is suitable for MIM, submit your drawing for engineering review first.
Customer drawings, CAD files, and project details are used only for quotation, engineering communication, and project review. NDA discussion is available when required.
Complete the RFQ form below and upload your drawing or CAD file if available. Required project details help us review quotation direction, tooling cost, unit price, MOQ, and lead time more efficiently.
After receiving your RFQ, XTMIM reviews the submitted drawing, CAD file, material requirement, tolerance needs, annual volume, and project stage. If important information is missing, our team will contact you before preparing a quotation.
We check whether the submitted files and project details are clear enough for quotation review, including drawing, material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, and application background.
We review basic MIM suitability, material route, tooling assumptions, tolerance concerns, and possible secondary operation needs based on the submitted information.
We evaluate tooling cost, unit cost, material cost, surface finish, secondary operations, inspection needs, MOQ, production volume assumptions, and expected lead time.
If the RFQ information is incomplete, we will ask for the missing details. If the information is sufficient, we will continue quotation communication and discuss the next project step.
Send your drawing, CAD file, material requirement, tolerance target, surface finish, annual volume, and project background. XTMIM will review the information and respond with quotation direction, follow-up questions, or the next engineering step.
